I have been visiting mum and dad this week. On the second visit I travelled home by train from Eccles railway station. It was strange getting a train there that was going in the other direction.

Tilly cat died in June 2026, but photographs of her may crop up in this blog from time to time. I took enough! She was my first cat and likely my last as I was very allergic to her. Didn’t stop any cuddles though.

I cut my own hair recently. It wasn’t a complete disaster. I used my pocket sized curling tongs to cur it a little bit, and this was the result.
